About Katie…

Katie is a professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute with HR generalist experience encompassing restructure and redundancy management, manager development and training, policy and procedure development, all aspects of performance management, manager and employee relations, day to day HR administration and business solutions, senior management experience including supporting business strategy, all aspects of recruitment as well as OHS management including Return-to-Work processes. She also has qualifications in management with post graduate qualifications in marketing and vocational education and training. Katie is also a qualified workplace trainer and a previous small business retailer with plenty of retail and sales experience to throw into the mix. Katie has significant HR experience within the poultry industry.
